New Colombiano
Classic Colombian Castillo washed process coffee, elevated to specialty standards through innovative farming practices. “Castillo” was developed by Colombia’s national coffee lab Cenicafé in 2005, and the most common varietal in the country today.
Creamy Kahwa
The closest thing to an Ethiopian coffee you’ll find in Colombia and it’s where this highly complex coffee bean most likely originated. Brought to Colombia from Bourbon Island off the coast of Madagascar, a unique cultivar has formed, whose ripe cherries fall somewhere between red and yellow, hence its cultivar name, “Pink Bourbon.”
Gesha Natural
The Gesha varietal is one of specialty coffee’s most sought-after flavor profiles (natural sweetness, tea-like brightness, floral notes) fetching consistently high prices at auction. This lot was dried with the coffee cherry intact for a dramatic floral fruitiness in your cup.
Colombiano Natural
