We work directly with a select group of NGO’s as an advisor, consultant, and fundraising partner. Our organization serves these communities and strives to grow alongside them, prioritizing their needs above all, facilitating services and projects that fulfill their needs, and meeting the people of each community where they are.
The Bissau Project

Thousands of people from the most remote and untouched villages in Guinea-Bissau have accepted Islam in recent years, and thousands more enter the religion each year. The Bissau Project exists to serve these communities, to help them to grow in Islam and to live this religion in the best way. Bissau Project programs now include full-time education for children, religious education for adults, water supply infrastructure, sustainable entrepreneurship, repair and maintenance of village schools and mosques, Qurbani, and zakat distribution.
Kairo Clinic

The first healthcare facility of its kind in the Gambia, Kairo Clinic is a minor procedural clinic in the Gambia that focuses on prenatal care, general medicine, basic emergency care, minor surgery, and dental care. The clinic also places a strong emphasis on preventative care and education. The clinic includes a training room that hosts community workshops, including prenatal education, dental care information sessions, and a wide range of other topics.
Kairo Clinic is the result of years of work in the Gambia by our brothers and sisters from around the world, especially from Spain. Sustainable Gambia, our partner NGO in the region, took over the project in 2019, and Kairo Clinic opened its doors to patients in late 2022. The word "kairo" means "peace" in the Mandinka language, and derives from the Arabic word "khayrat.”
El Encuentro

El Encuentro is a community organization based in Medellín, Colombia. The El Encuentro team seeks to develop a healthy, centered and spiritually grounded community in which people learn to live Islam based on traditional understandings of the faith, within their current cultural context in Latin America.

Sustainable Gambia

Sustainable Gambia is a locally-based NGO that aims to support the Gambian people in becoming self-sufficient & strong. Sustainable Gambia helps Gambians to develop practical skills to enable small businesses, especially agriculture. This model not only lifts communities above the poverty line and reduces dependency, but also improves their potential for long term growth, economic sovereignty and social cohesion. Sustainable Gambia works closely with other local initiatives, including the Bissau Project and Kairo Clinic, towards these goals.
